Hi, I’m rebekka murray, founder of the smart money pro based in southern california.

I don’t believe financial planning should feel intimidating, sales-driven, or disconnected from real life. It should feel clear, supportive, and built around what actually matters to you.

I didn’t enter this field because I loved spreadsheets or market charts. I came here because I lived what happens when life changes faster than a financial plan can keep up. My family was impacted by the 2008 recession, and in 2015, after my spouse passed away, I found myself making financial decisions while grieving — with very few answers and even fewer people who truly listened.

I help people who are doing their best — working hard, raising families, caring for others — but still feel uncertain about their financial future. My focus is on strategies that protect you when life doesn’t go as planned, not just when the market cooperates.

What sets my approach apart is simple: I start with your life, not a product. No pressure. No judgment. Just honest conversations and thoughtful strategies that give you more control, clarity, and confidence.
